Nice to see a fellow Maryland'er! The two goto off the shelf companies for regulators are GLA and CO2Art. BUT, the best quality regulator is either a used 2 stage regulator you buy off of e b a y and you add the post-body kit yourself, or one that someone on the forum already built and is selling in the for sale section.

+1 for CO2Art if you want a serviceable regulator and also want to save some money.

If you want to go first cabin then try the For Sale forum here for custom made regulators with industrial level parts and also for used regulators.

If you go off the shelf, I've used both Co2Art and GLA and they are both great, but if you're going for a company that stands behind their product I personally like GLA better. The build quality feels a bit more solid. They are super responsive if you have questions and their warranty is lifetime, but you're paying more for it over Co2Art, so pros and cons I suppose.
