My proceeds from breeding crystal red shrimp have finally piled up enough to pay for my second tank, and I'm looking for an integrated system so I can put it on my desk without having to hide a mess of tubes and wires. It's also gotta be rimless, and preferably between 10 and 20 gallons.
My top candidate at the moment is Innovative Marine's Nuvo Aquarium Nano 16 [spec sheet]
- Will the included lighting support a variety of freshwater plants? Specifically thinking about trying for a lawn of Eleocharis/dwarf hairgrass, but I'd like the freedom to experiment.
- In case I ever get more serious, is it at all possible to add a CO2 system to one of these things?
- What other options should I look into? I heard a rumor about a new line of Fluval cubes coming to the US soon, but I can't find anything about them online.
Thanks for your help!
