A week ago yesterday I switched to pressurized CO2 which has been great so far. Yesterday I noticed the both of my female gold barbs looked more fat and round then they ever had. I thought that maybe they had ate too much but when the lights came on I noticed the the largest female and my only male were in the Cabomba caroliniana and the male was just quivering all around her. I figured out what they were doing when I seen that every other fish in the tank was tracing there every move and picking at every plant they went by placing eggs. The smaller female is still pretty fat and I suspect she will be ready later on to day if not tomorrow morning. I also noticed yesterday that the color on all three gold barbs was more vivid than it has been ever before.

Congrats on the spawn. If you're able to, try to collect the eggs with airline tubing or something and see if you can raise some up.
