I was wondering if anyone had any good results with glosso using DSM. Ima be using Safe-T-Zorb most likely.

Should I even bother? with DSM... just thought I could start it up dry while i get more of the tank together IE filter/heaters and what not.

I like DSM for HC and Glosso for rooting and not so much for growth. Not saying it doesn't grow, but in my experience growth speed is negligible. It's nice to not worry about uprooting though, from livestock or water flow (filtration etc). That makes it worth it to me.
I'm trying to dry start glosso and not much is happening very minimal growth over the past two weeks
give them some time, I find once they start growing they'll do so very quickly.
they just need to acclimate to the change in environment.
Heh old thread, I've ended up not Dry starting mine, I got monte carlo instead of glosso giving it a try
Mine is finally starting to grow but very slowly. Not sure if dsm has much advantage with gloss other then maybe better roots
