Glass Co2 Diffuser Question

Anyone knows how to get these diffusers to work. It took me a while to produce any bubbles last time. I just replaced my DIY Co2 bottle, and no bubbles again. Its been more than one day and the bottle is very heavily pressurized.

What kind of bottle do you use? Do you have any leaks?
This is better suited for pressurized systems, "your mileage may vary" when using a DIY system.

No leaks. There is so much pressure in the bottle that I cannot squeeze with my hands. So its not the pressure issue.
If you squeeze the bottle with your hands, do bubbles come out?

Make sure there is nothing blocking the CO2 flow...
What kind of bottle do you use? Soda bottle? Juice bottle?
Its a juice bottle. Very similar to the one in the link above(listing). No bubbles come out when I squeeze it.

I just took out all of the water in from the diffuser to see if that would make any difference.
i have a hard time getting my diffuser to start working some times. i have to force out co2 by squeazing or shaking the diffuser. but ounce it gets started than it doesnt stop. shake your bottles every ten minutes, that will create more preasure. i dont think you will blow the thing up. patience and keep trying to push it out.
sorry i meant squeaze the bottle and shake the diffuser
Did you check your tubing for any kinks? I can't imagine squeezing the bottle and no co2 coming out of the difuser. Do you have a check valve? Maybe it is installed backwards.
Even though the diffuser might appear to be clean the ceramic disk is actually clogged causing the increased pressures in the DIY bottle as well as the bigger bubbles.

I clean my diffuser whenever I make a brew change by boiling the diffuser in bleach water for about 15~20 minutes on high burner, followed up by more boiling in water with a half cap of prime to clean bleach. Works like a charm every time + super fast, no soaking for hours necessary.

X2 this is what I do...
Thanks all for your help. I shook out all the water from the diffuser. Connected the the airline and let it sit outside the tank for about an hour to build the pressure. In few hours bubble started to come out.
