Sick of refilling bottles every month (one 24oz bottle lasts me from 1 to 2 months).

Is it possible to convert? Is there an adapter?

What's the real difference from a regular regulator to a paintball one? just the orientation? intake sideways on regular and bottom on paintball?

It’s the fitting for the bottle that is the difference. Paintball is a lot smaller connection.

As mentioned, paintball cylinder connections are smaller, whereas the standard size is a CGA320 fitting.

I have not seen a CGA320 to paintball fitting (though the opposite exists)
