GLA Atomic inline diffuser

So with the arrival of my flora tomorrow, I decided to ahead and hook up my co2 system in order to start dialing everything in. Everything works fine, but what I have noticed is a large amount of micro bubbles coming out of my out flow lily pipe. I have about 2bps. (no fish in the tank so I figured I could crank up the co2 in such a small tank) as the title says I am running the GLA Atomic inline diffuser. I've read that it takes a bit for this inline to break In? Is that true?

Some people put the diffuser as close as they can to canister that way why the time its goes into the tank it's not as bubbly . I use a reactor an hardly any micro bubbles

I ended up going to home depot and picked up material needed to build a reactor. Man o man what a difference! No bubbles whats so ever. eheim 2213 lost maybe 5% flow?

Contemplated going that route. Can't go wrong with a 20$ diy. It's at an angle but I can't move the dresser because of the carpet in my room. I'll be draining the tank tomorrow to plant, so I'll stand it up then.
