Guys.. any idea of what's going on with the brown on the bottom of my hair grass?

EI dosing (approx 1 full week so far) Phosphates are reading 10 ppm
Nitrates are testing very low if not 0ppm

Almost at end of weekly dosing and water change on Sunday..

I never plant the giant version before. If the dwarf version is any indication to the giant one, I believe your giant hair grass is converting to the immersed form. You have them for 1 week so far??? So, the grass will melt as usual. Also, you should separate them into smaller clumps.

The phosphates are too high and you need to shake your nitrate test.
