Hey Everyone,

I have a high tech 30g planted tank. I have been fighting off green algae for a while. I don’t know my parameters right this second, but they have been fine when I do check.

I am currently injecting co2, and according to my drop checker, it’s fairly high.

I used to dose fertz, but stopped because the growth on my plants have been really good without them. Once every couple of day o light add Seachem Trace,

My light is a fluval Plant 3.0
The lights are on from 1-9, with a 15 ramp up and down on either end,
My settings where all the setting set to 100%, with blue @ 10%.

Yesterday I decided to chance the settings. Now it’s

1pm-6pm everything at 80% except blue, which is still at 10%
6-9 all settings to 100% except my blue which is at 10%

My co2 comes on and off an hour before the lights

Dose all ferts and test. Experimenting with the light levels like your doing is good. It's sometimes surprising how little light you can get by with. I say this hypocritically. We've all been through it. You're just on the road to mastery. Dose all ferts.

Going to need a lot more info than this...

What kind of substrate are you using?
How are you injecting co2? Pressurized or DiY?
How are you monitoring your CO2 levels? What is the ppm?
What is your water change schedule?
What is your KH/GH/TDS?
What do you have for fish or inverts?
What are your Ammonia/Nitrite/Nitrate and Phosphate levels?

Lastly, pictures are worth a thousand words!
