Hello, I’m new to the forums and this is my first post, so apologies if it is out of place. I’m just getting back into the hobby after a 10 year break And due to space restrictions, I’ve ended up with a 60 gallon tall tank, 48”x12”x25”tall. It has 50 of gravel used for aqua scraping and anchoring plants, covered by another 50 pounds of very fine gravel from Tetra Min. I am hoping to keep 6 Geophagus Pellegrini with Rummynose Tetras as dither fish. The tabk is well planted and has lots of hiding spots. My concern is whether the Tetra Min gravel is fine enough for these earth eaters. I’m Far more concerned with giving the fish an appropriate place to live than with having that particular species. Second choice is 8 redbreasted Accra with the same dither fish. Thanks in advance for the input.
