Galaxy shrimp question

Hello,
How do people get the metallic blue-coloured spots on the head of the galaxy pinto? I am wondering if you could get the blue colour by mixing blue steel shrimp with galaxy pintos.
Something like this:

I’m sure the coloring does come from a blue bolt at some point. A couple of my Galaxies have the blue, shadow, on them and they are cool.

Do you think I could do it with blue steel? Because I already have them and don't want to get another tank.;)
If the source is the blue from crossing with blue bolts in the first place than I don’t see why not. As far as I know Blue Steels are just a variant of blue bolts. Blue steels should have a firm line that separates the color of blue on the head and white on the body. I would probably google this question and read it from a shrimp breeder who works with them. I breed a lot of shrimp but the blue I have doesn’t present itself often in offspring for me.
