Fx5 hose questions

What would it do to my flow if I converted to 5/8 tubing on the out put hose so I can run my online heater, reactor, and lily pipes

It will reduce the flow considerably.

i did this to my fx5. i split the 1" inline into two 5/8 returns. the flow wasnt effected much at all if any. you could try that. I also have a 6 foot tank so the two returns worked well.

Have you buy any chance tried an rg style reactor in yours? I hear they reduce flow but I'm using this on a72g so a little flow reduction should net be to bad
