A few months ago I bought a 48" fugeray2 for my 75 which has pressurized CO2. But after a few months I noticed some growth but not as much as when I had my 3 bulb T5HO. Also I've noticed a bit more algae than I like and my red plants have begun to fade. The fugeray seemed more like an accent fixture due to it being so thin. So this morning I threw on my 2 bulb T5HO to go along with my LED. I have it timed where both fixtures are on at the same time for only 4 hours a day. Is this too much? Too little? Or just right?

I think it depends, my Ludwiga sp Red does well under mine, but the Ludwgia Rubin is kind of half green half red, but still looks good.

Yeah my ludwigia repens is still a nice pinkish color but before those suckers were blood red as well as my red root floaters. Right now I have my t5's running 6 hours with my fugeray2 providing a mid day burst for a few hours so we'll see.
