Are there such a thing as a freshwater crab that can live totally underwater without the need to surface? All the ones i seen need to surface every once in a while.

Contact MSJINKZD - she sometime carries microcrabs at $5.00 each. They live without the need of a surface. They do hide a lot, but I like them when I see them. Good for eating food off the bottom.

Are they easy to breed?

No not really lol, quite difficult but they don't need brackish.
