I think that's a young dragon fly.

Looks like a damselfly nymph to me. Pretty cool!

Beware it prays on alevins and very small fishes, anything it can eat.

Mayfly nymph, they almost all have 3 tails.

I'm quite sure that's either a dragonfly or damselfly nymph. They love to eat small fish.

We have a slender type of mayfly here, but yes, more likely damselfly

I've had these damsel fly nymphs before, take them out with tweezers esp if you have breeding shrimp! I believe I had one fly in my house and end up laying eggs in my tank, I didn't introduce anything new to my tank for over 6 weeks when those things started popping up. Or just leave them and watch 'em transform! >_<

Fun fact- they belong to the Order Ephemeroptera (derived from the Ephemera = short lived, ptera = winged). Most adult forms live only 48-72 hrs. Once in adult form, their immediate goal is to mate. No eating, no resting, just get down to f***ing. Once done, they die, hence the massive swarms that occur when this happens. It's a giant insect orgy.
