Today I went to Petsmart to check for a part I need. I took a quick look in their tetra tanks, and I spotted something I'd never seen in there. I thought I was mistaken for a moment, then I spotted that distinct rounded head again.
There was a little female peacock gudgeon in there. She's tiny, maybe 3/4" long, and she still has those distinctive fry-eyes that you see on babies. I bought her, of course, and now she's waiting to go into my Biocube. Not yet, as I'm waiting for a couple of new guppies to get done scuffling it out with the first one.
