Hey Folks,
Just got back into doing a planted tank after many years. I just bought an 80 gallon bow front. It's a former reef tank. It's got a waterfall in the middle and two overflows that go to a 29 gallon sump tank behind it. The substrate is a mix of three different types of plant gravel. The lights are 6700k T5's mixed with newer LED's. I'm injecting co2 from a 5lb cylinder. Just the usual flourish and iron right now. Completely random assortment of plants to start. Just want to see what does best at first. Thought I'd do a journal here and update what goes right and what goes wrong.
