Pretty sure there are red variations of Bacopa plants for one.

But plants that do get coloration like that tend to need high light to get there. Also, when plants change tanks or habitats, they tend to change in different way as well.

I wouldn't worry about this at all.

Hi.
I just started my first tank and I think my lighting might be too high, but I don't know how to judge it. I have these Bacopa Caroliniana and the tips are turning red after the second day.

Do you measure your light or is it based on plant reaction? Any help is much appreciated.

Bronzing seems common.

Yea tank is the best judge.
Too much light and you run out of something else. Fert or CO2 unbalancing the environment.

Do look out for algae or diatoms growth coming on quickly. This would be a pretty good indicator of your light.
