Fluval, Fresh&Plant 2.0

Does anyone have any experience of using these?
Looking to use a decent LED system on a 5x2x2 partially planted discus community tank, that won't break the bank (or my marriage).
Have also looked at the GroBeam 1500 Ultima, but the controller makes the whole system cost-prohibitive.

Any other suggestions are most welcome.

Thanks

Currently using the 24" version of this light. Very good PAR values for the price. The power butting takes time to get used to. These lights are VERY waterproof - dunking them fully into your tank will not ruin them.

As for other considerations with your setup, a 4' long light on a 5' long tank will leave dark areas at the ends. A single light on a 24" wide tank will give you darker areas in the back or front. If you are growing lower light plants, this may be a good choice for a light.
I use and recommend the Fluval 2.0 lights. I think the are one of the best lights on the market currently. In case you haven't seen my review of it. I'll link it below.

Great feedback. Of course, I meant to mention that I would be looking at two units.
But the fact you've used them and they do the biz, great to know, thank you.

Well, finally bit the bullet and got my two light units, 60inch each. Have to say great lights. Not in the Kessel league when it comes to brightness but very good nonetheless . I do find the wifi controller via the iPad not that easy to use, but you do get used to it.
