I just bought a Fluval Chi last night on sale at PetSmart (5 gallon version) to put some Cherry Shrimp in. After setup and many attempts to correct the issue, I'm barely getting ANY flow out of the filter. I see video online and this thing appears to literally have a fountain that bubbles water, whereas mine struggles to push the water to the edge of the box.
Any ideas? I've tried several several times the instruction recommended method of turning the filter counterclockwise to release air and then turning it back. There were some small bubbles that came out, but not many.
