fluorescent bulbs?

Hi, I have a question about fluorescent bulbs. I have a few screw in fluorescent bulbs and was wondering if these kinds of bulbs are accurate with the WPG rule? If i have 2 wpg with fluorescent bulbs is it the same as for example compact strip lights?
