I think my fish have flukes. They are not moving and breathing heavy. They also have a tiny white spot on their heads and scratch on their head and eyes. I also noticed white specks on the glass. I'm thinking it is fluke eggs but not sure. What do you guys think?

Is there any natural meds for flukes? Is Parzipro the best option?

Prazipro is gentle and easy enough, so it's worth giving that a shot first and seeing if it helps them out. If it is flukes you want to do at least 2 rounds of Prazi.

What is the best way to treat them in the main tank? I don't have a spare quarantine tank right now. I heard they are hard to get rid of completely. Is it safe on loaches?

I think it might be worms and not flukes or a combination. My fish just pooped a string longer than 3 inches and their not eating much. Does that indicate worms?

Try praziquantel first for two treatments. If their condition doesn't improve, pick up some levimisole and see if that works.
