Is there anything special you need to do to get anacharis to flower?

I had it flower outside once, never inside though. I didn't do anything except let it sit in a tub with some fish and shrimp.

From what I've researched it seems like it needs a ot of light to flower, I was just hoping to be able to have it flower.

my 2 filterless tanks outside have anacharis floating on the top and those will flower quite regulary. it gets about 4 hours of morning sunlight.
