Hi, i have a 31 x 12 x 15 " tank which is very densely planted and i am havign toruble with flow rate, mulm build up and now iv noticed all these tiny tiny white worms in teh water, which my fish seem to love, but im guesing this is due to the huge build up of decaying matter. the tanks filterd by a eheim 2215, so i shoudlnt realy be having this problem, or should i?

i think you can see were teh flow in is from my pic in my sig, and teh intake has a course intake sponge in the rear, left of the tank ( cant see ).
i was just wonderign if pray bar would be more apropraite, and i often see people set ups were the intake is in the same corner of teh tank as the flow out. i think teh mulm and flowrate is one of teh causes of my staghorn problem which i have began to treat with excel and more c02 injection
any ideas of how to increase teh flow int eh lower regions of the tank. and oposite corner.
thanks

Not much you can do besides repositioning and/or adding a powerhead.

You can simply siphon off all the mulm when you do your water changes.

Then lots of water changes and siphoning are your best bet. I just use a length of clear vinyl as my siphoning hose, but maybe a python would be good in your case.
