Hi Everyone,
I just recently set up a planted tank and only used about 4 of the flourish root tabs.. they are only about a month old and I just looked at the tabs and they have a white mold/fungus on them.. What's the best way to store them and will they still be good to use? Thanks Gus

I never liked those tabs due to the cost and the black mess they leave in lightened colored substrates.

If you're uncomfortable using them due to the white stuff, buy some 00 gel medicine capsules and a bottle of osmocote fertilizer balls. Put about 5 balls in each capsule and bury under your root feeders. Should only cost about $20 and the supply will last for years.

Yep that's what I've been using. The balls float so that's the reason for the gel capsules to make sure you get them buried in the substrate.
