your not going to like this, but your going to have to pull out all your plants and treat the tank or pull the fish and treat in a Q tank. You don't have to use a tank, you can use a large storage bin like those big 50 gallon ones for 10 bucks. Then start treating them for hole in the head, if you treated the whole tank, it would kill all your plants (or atleast melt them). Also Meds have a habit of staining the silicone of the tank. You'll need General Cure. PLEASE DO NOT FLUSH YOUR FISH! you'll put disease of your aquarium fish in the waterways!

Well, Paraguard by seachem is something I use for a broad spectrum. But, I am not sure It would help your problem. Its a formalin based medicine, I think you'll need general cure. I think you are past the point of a Mild med to treat. Pictures would help diagnose the problem. It could be Columnaris, it could be body fungus, It could be Ick of the gills, Have you turned off the co2? Have you noticed any gasping? Quick cure is going to stain the silicone possibly, and it WILL stain your plants, it also can be hard on scaleless fish. If you choose the Quickcure, I believe this is the one that has copper and you won't EVER be able to have inverts in the tank. It will sink into the silicone and leech. I don't think its plant safe either.
