Tank has 0 'ites, 'ates fluctuate with erratic fertilization but never above EI recommended levels, CO2 fluctuates -DIY. Heavy planted and algaed and 3 yrs established. Weekly 50% water changes. Light on the fish food.

Changed out 3 healthy adult angels (Sold). Raised them from dime size. Bought molly and tiger barbs & BNP. Didn't quarantine. I know, I know.

Fish acted like they had ich but no visible spots...flashing, some w/ fins down. Did 14 days w/ temp @ 89F. Cooled tank back down to 75F. Fish seem to still have problems. The barbs are flashing, some with fins down. One of the bullet-proof 3+ yr old RNTs is not with its school and breathing rapidly. Only visible thing on the fishes skin is the Male black molly's color is fading/looking rough, though he's acting healthy. It looks like he might even have hole-in-the-head. Flush time for him? 1 inch BNP has occasional head shakes.
No cory. Barbs not pestering others, just themselves.

What whole tank treatment should I try next that is easy on plants. I have quick cure and aquasol on hand. No space/equipment for quarentine.

Thanks

-No sea burial for Mr. Molly then.

Not disagreeing with you, but since the whole tank, and the surfaces of everything in it (including plants), and its occupants have probably got a few things wrong, is there anything not too plant-deadly to try 1st. Thanks for your info!

update

Tried high temp 14 days. No effect. Tried Aquarisol+temp. 14 days. No effect. Lowered temp, did multiple water changes/vacuum...50% 2X, then a couple 90% changes over a couple days. Added General Cure (contains prazi and metro together). Fish better in 24 hrs. Continued treatment per directions. Flashing and rapid breathing gone. Plants did poorly during high heat. I quit doing dry ferts during all the treatments and added O2 during high temp. Plants rebounding now, seemed to start with temp decrease. Bacteria seems to still be working in the tank/filter. Molly seems to be getting blacker. Happy Ending. Sincere thanks for the help.
