My fish were flashing and I didn't see any spots. It's a planted tank. After treating with prazipro everything has settled down. I think it was flukes. Didn't hurt the plants. Or the shrimp or the fish.

If you ever see flashing with no ich spots and everything else looks good just treat with prazi. I have had 100% success rate after battling years of frustration. Please pass this along to other frustrated hobbyists. I still don't know what the root cause was but I know prazipro knocked it out. May have been gill flukes, fish lice or some other unknown parasite. Thanks for the update.
