I have a question to ask Planted Tank:
Is it better to place Ludwigia repens in the front of your tank, or the back?
I would say it depends on how often you are able to trim it. Under the right conditions ludwigia repens can grow quite fast, so keeping up on the trimming would be required for planting it in the mid-ground of the tank. If you are not able to trim it as often, and it is growing fast, the background would be better.

Hi Apex.

There are many options, here are a few:

Cherry Barbs: schooling species, peaceful, mid to upper regions of the tank.

Platys: single or school, peaceful, all regions of the tank.

Corydoras: schooling, peacefull, bottom region of the tank.

Neon Tetras, Neon Green Tetras, Cardinal Tetras or Glowlight Tetras: schooling, peaceful, mid to upper regions.

Happy fish shopping! Let us know which fish you choose please.

One of my favorites are Trigonostigma Espei , also called lambchop rasbora. These are small, active, playful fish who in my tank will swim against the current only to allow it to fling them across the aquarium and then do it again. I guess it is a Trigonostigma carnival ride.

So somebody beat you to the Gold Panda Lyretail Mollies. Sorry about that.

Consolation prize: Here's a more current pic of your tank!

Let's go ahead and get rid of that prefilter sponge...

Greetings PlantedTank Community,
We are thinking about adding a new fish to our tank. What would be more tank friendly for guppies: Golden Panda Molly, Black Skirt Tetras, cardinal tetras, or sunset platys.

Your responce is greatly appreciated
