To remove snails from my tank, I have a clip tied to a thread that I attach blanched spinach to. Each morning, I remove it (and any attached snails). This works really well, except for one thing. It seems to attract ramshorn a lot more than bladder snails -- and I am more concerned with controlling the populations of the bladders than ramshorns.

Would iceberg lettuce work better for attracting bladders? Any other veggie that I could/should try?
