I have a GloFish tetra about two years old, at least that's how long I've had him and he is swimming nose down, tail up, almost vertical. All the time. Is there anything I can do for him? I treating w antibiotics, didn't help.

Do some research on Swim Bladder disorders in tropical fish.

There's two possibilities: An intestinal blockage (yup, constipation) is pushing on the swim bladder, or a bacterial infection of the bladder itself.
