Are there in fish stores worth visiting in Philly ???

Well it depends where in philly you are. The best all around store is probably the hidden reef in Levitown. Right over the bridge is Aquarium center in Blackwood nj which I believe is set to move up the street in a week or two. Worldwide aquarium in roxborough is a nice little gem I used to go to all the time. I've seen them get some pretty rare fish there
