I had to tear down my 10 gallon due to a huge outbreak of algae. I kept my fish in a 12 gallon plastic container with the filter, but I guess the tank went through a mini cycle and the fish died :icon_mad: Well this time I cleaned out all the algae, threw away a ton of the plants. Well I just set it up now and need some input on some ideas I have for the inhabitants.
1st choice of fish:
4-6 Clown Killifish
4-6 some sort of Dwarf Corydoras
and RCS if I'm not pushing the limit

2nd choice of fish:
6-8 some sort of small schooling fish
4-6 some sort of Dwarf Corydoras

3rd choice of fish:
10 Dwarf Corydoras
and RCS if I'm not pushing the limit

If you have any other ideas feel free to post them.

I like your 1st choice, because clown killies are gorgeous fish, but I'm concerned that your midwater will be a little empty. Those clown killies will stay at the surface, and I assume that the dwarf cories will mostly stay at the bottom (although the pygmeas corys do swim more than the larger species).

Why not a pair of clown killies, and a small school of dwarf rasboras, along with the dwarf corys? It still won't be too much bioload IMHO.
