Anyone know what these black fish with red fins are?

Red tail shark was my first guess also. Two things led me to believe it's something different than a red tail is red tail's only have red tail's no red on bottom fin. Also they don't normally live well with other red tail's, let alone school like in the picture. I'm sorry the picture isn't the best. I got it from the ADA site when I was browsing around. The fish in the photo seem to have fairly round mouths and blue eyes, here's a pic of a red tail:

Colors look like a Rainbow Shark--but the head/mouth area looks different to me. Hard to tell for sure in that picture though. Ive never heard of anyone having any luck with multiple Rainbow Sharks in a school.

Looks to me like a relative that we don't have commonly available in the 'states.
