Ok so I’m 99% sure I have a rainbow fish fry or it could be something else but I doubt it also, I have a rams horn snail shell full with random eggs. How do I keep it alive, it appeared in my well established leaf litter 10g which has no stocking.

If your rainbows are spawning you should see some eggs somewhere in there. according to this anyway. If there are livebearers, this could be where the random fry are from. especially if its just a couple. I have a molly and this would happen. they can spawn like 6 months after initial conception.

As for the Ramshorn snail shell. Guessing there are snails in there, so likely more snails if it isn't stocked.

Yeah I’m 99% sure I identified it I have 5 now one is starting to get its fins growing and it looks like a pearl gourami or rainbow

Try feeding baby brine shrimp, and if those don't work, look into culturing green water and paramecia, microworms, and/or vinegar eels.

If they showed up all at once, Gourami.
If not, if intermittent, Rainbows.

plus if Gourami you would have noticed a bubble nest.
