I keep mine at those pH levels around 7.6! They have a regular orange-look. No red though.

Those are good ones but the tank is tall and not very wide. The rasboras in the 29g are very active and might be too constrained.
nah, mine is a 29g also, heavily planted. and they seem happy as can be :) they love to follow the shrimp when they decide to swim, but have never bothered any of them, not even the babies. at least, in my own personal experience ;)

The ones in the 29g have room to run and play; the 10g shrimp tank is taller than it is wide so very active fish probably wouldn't be happy there.
