After trying my first aquascape, I realised less is more, thus I tore apart my initial attempt, researched the plants I had and found smaller stones at a beach 3 hours drive from my house.
I aim to cycle it for several more weeks, then start introducing RCS, maybe a small freshwater crab and a shoal of micro tetras.
Tank : Fluval Edge 23litre
Substrate : ADA Amazonia
Lights : MSR LED halogen bulbs
Fauna : Japan, dwarf hairgrass, riccia, java moss, and assorted other finds.
Hardscape : Sumatra branch and beach.
CO2 : Hagen plant system and ladder bubble diffuser.
First photo is the first attempt, the second two are the photos of the re-model.
Thanks,
Johnny
