Tank looks great! I would scrap the sae for size issues and either get rid of the serpaes or get rid of the other tetras and get more serpaes. They are cool fish but very aggressive for their size. The black phantoms would actually do well with them i would guess because they have about the same temperament. I agree with ~~~, no cory should be subjugated to solitude, get him some buddies 
i like the open foreground, not sure you have enough light for glosso to do well anyway. And i wouldnt worry too much about over stocking when you have that kind of plant mass. The inch per gallon rule applies to people who arent smart enough to pack their tank with plants and do enough water changes.
ive had tanks with no water changes for like 6 months do fine because of 3inch layer of floaters lol
