Yes, I know about the neons. I used to have 14 in my 55 but now I'm down to 2, I decided to move them out and into the 55 to make sure the water was stable enough for shrimp. I plan on adding 6-8 more after I add shrimp. Also, I would love to add moss but can't find any locally.Nice. I see you have a couple tetras in there, always thought its better to have at least 5. I was thinking about getting a couple fish but that would require water changes.
You should get a small piece pf moss in there. Everyone loves a bit of moss

I would have to agree I misspoke earlier most likely bladder snail I agreeEllobiopsidae parasite, commonly called a "green fungus"....
