I think you got scammed. PFR culls look more red, I think he just sent you low grade cherries instead.

Bump:
yeah im thinking the same thing. they look really bad. even shipping stress etc doesnt make a fire red shrimp look like this...even the juvenilles i know dont look this bad.

Fire Reds would be completely red, even the legs. Young shrimp take some time to color up as they grow, but this shrimp is already large and at it's max coloration. So not even close to fire red grade.

The pic above is of a low grade cherry shrimp, not even Sakura grade.
Culls are any shrimp that are lesser quality/lower grade. Culls of a fire red colony would be Sakuras, these are just low grade cherries.

Definitely get your money back as these would take a long time of selective breeding to end up with fire reds.

You should contact the seller and ask questions. Don't accuse them of anything, just state they are not what you expected to receive, and if they shipped the correct shrimp or not. Provide photos. Try to see if you can get something worked out.

The seller is saying its an adult male so thats why its color is like that. If seller refuses to refund or anything what should I do? This is my first time getting ripped off aquabid. I have more pics
That's an adult male. Males are usually a lighter color than the females, but a fire red male is not that pale. How are the females? Any pics?
How did you pay ? Paypal?
Is it a well-known seller? Do you have any pics of a female?

Bump: he has like 80+ feedback. I dont have individual pics of the females yet since theyre all juvenille size but they look like low grade cherries atm.

Males from a FR colony should still be Sakura grade
Contact the seller, with pictures. Tell him what is the problem, and ask him for a solution. If he doesn't make a decent proposal to you, you should fill a PayPal complaint and ask for refund.

Definetely, these are not PFRs, Sakura at the best. Though, don't throw them, these are nice critters, very easy to breed. They might interest someone ...
I wonder if any will "color up" after a few days. They are young after all, and may not have gotten their full adult colors.

I'd be rather suspicious as well, but at the same time, we don't know what colony they came out of.
This is pic of a Male, and males are never all red, even if it's a PFR, fire red or Sakura,so whoever sold You shrimp, can be right.

my red male pfrs are pretty red. but this is wayy low grade. almost all the shrimps were near this grade and sakura. so even if theyre female theyre pretty bad.
Wow, those are very juvenile. By the time they mature and color up for the final verdict your payment will probably be past resolution time frame. Great scam, sell very juvenile shrimp and tell ppl they'll color up when they mature. I have month old fry that look nicer than that 1st pic of the male.
