Finnex Planted +24/7 Woes

Hi,

I switched my 55gal tank from a 4bulb T5 fixture to the Planted +24/7 hate it, besides the remote that drains the battery quickly and is not reliable, I'm not getting growth on my plants after switching about 6 months ago. Nothing is dying but definitely not growing... I have run it at 100% for 14hrs/day and still nothing. I inject CO2, dose, etc on a regular basis.

So... Anyone have any LED lighting suggestions that I could look at? or should I just go back to T5?

So everything was growing with the T5? Obviously there are plenty using that light so it's kinda strange.

One 24/7 can't replace 4 t5's..Not even 2 esp. if using the program mode..


Figure 50PAR at 18" per unit..And only for 4hrs per day..
4 t5's can push 150PAR at 24"....:eek:
