Hello! I have had my 60 gallon for almost 3 years now and i am about to give it a huge make over. I will be replacing gravel with sand, fake decor with driftwood and live plants, and a new light. As of now all that is on the tank is the fluorescent hood lights that came with the tank, however i know these won't do me any good with plants. I will be placing 2-3 pieces of manzanita driftwood spidering towards the bottom of the tank to create a mangrove style biotope, and carpet them with java moss. I also want to have 1/2 to 3/4 coverage up top with frogbit to add a shaded look the the tank as well as enjoying the look of the beautiful roots. Would these plants be doable with a finnex fugeray planted+? And also, is this an acceptable forum to discuss the aquascaping of a tank?

If all you are going to keep are the frogbit and Java moss, yup the single planted+ will be good.

There's a sub- forum for people to post pic and discuss about aquascaping.
