26w over 4 gallons should be plenty of light. I'm not sure if it will be considered high light or medium light. But that's enough to grow most plants I'm sure.

I have this tank and this light. I've only had it for a week, but all 3 plants are still alive and looking healthy. For most plants you'd only need 2.5 watts per gallon, but this is 6.5.
Although you might need to use CO2 if you use a light this bright so as to not grow tons of algae. If you didn't want to grow algae you might need a 1.5 wpg light.

Well im happy I dont have to change it, for the CO2 ill probably be using DIY one, I already ordered the diffuser and bubble counter, im going to keep it fauna free for now, it will be my first planted tank and that's all I really care for now, "healthy plants" haha. Thanks for the review guys!
