the female looks like a split fin, the male i cant tell. but the clear on the outside edge of the fins is new growth. they look pretty healthy really. and preggers lol. for fin rot i do a salt dip to kill any bacteria and then just use melafix. most of the time with fin rot you will see red on the edge looks kinda like the fin is bleeding.
