Filtration suggestion

Got a spare 30L cube, my partner wants a Betta tank so we can use this, I don’t want it to high maintenance, just your usual basic low tech set up.

Filtration, any recommendations? Originally was going for a cheap internal filter but now I think I want a small external, preferably with heater in filter?

With heater in the filter check the OASE.
