Can i use both root tabs and a liquid fert, or will that be too much? I have bolth rooted plants and some moss

Liquid ferts will come with instructions. Root tabs may, or may not. Best bet is to get them from somebody here, or from one of the sponsored sites, and specifically ask what they recommend. If you end up making your own, using Osmocote Plus or something like it, post here for recommendations.
I picked some up today. The tabs have instructions, the liquid had dosing amount but not how long between doses. For liquid i got "Plant Grow" by Hagen and for the tabs i got API. Are those any good? When i need more i definatly will come here
