c02, NPK M, good light for it to spread
Ferts for HC?
I have an HC only tank, with shrimp too. I was wondering what kinds of fertilizer do HC like/need? Anything different from other plants? And is there anything I should stay away from, taking account for the shrimp?

Honestly, it's not picky. I did notice I had to dose a little bit more K though from time to time. But, other than that just regular EI dosing and it grew great. Good lighting and CO2 are equally important, though. You can see the old carpet in my 20L thread.
