x2... UPS and FedEx both take 5 BUSINESS days max (for a coast to coast order).

If you ordered online did you get an order confirmation or tracking number (if applicable)? If not, maybe the order didn't go through, check with the vendor or your credit card company if you used a credit card.

Not sure when you ordered but sometimes you have to take the holidays into effect... lots of places close down and get backed up during this time of year....Just a thought....

On another note....., If you ordered from whom I think you ordered from, you WILL get you ferts but, who knows when... Sooner then later most times.

For powdered dry fertilzers green leaf aquariums or aquariumfertlizer.com is the way to go.

Still nothing

When I order from GLA and/or Aquariumfertilizer it takes 3-4 days max.
Something must be wrong with your order, imo.

I've emailed several times with no response.

They must be on vacation or something... If it is sent standard shipping I give 14 days before making a big deal out of it, if expedited it depends how fast it was supposed to be. Like Priority, 99% of the time my stuff comes to me in 2 days with a rare one taking 3 days, I've never had Priority take more than 3 days to get to me so far. Though... I did mail some plants via Priority and it took 6 days for it to get to the other person, and I was getting so pissed and worried about it lol.

Hopefully you used paypal or something with buyer protection...

Well I put in the order a day or two before it went through online on my bank account and that was 12.20.10 so Its been the 14. Not even a huge order or anything, I am displeased about how a simple combo pack would take this long to get here.

No kidding, I feel your pain. Hopefully you'll be able to contact the seller and see whats up. Good luck!!

Quite honestly, if it were me, I'd file a Paypal claim and move onto a more reliable source. If I received no communication after just one email, I'd be annoyed. Two unanswered and I'd be filing a claim the next day.

+1 absolutely. Get angry.
Btw, vacation should not be an excuse , imo.
File a claim( ask for the money to be refunded) like sewingalot suggests and order from someone else.

I placed an order of fertz from GLA on Dec.27th and got my priority mail pkg on Dec. 29th, so holiday season is not an excuse either.

Well I found out that since I'm a dumb*** I sent the payment as a gift (totally new to paypal) and I had to call their customer service and have the guy override something to put in a claim. Problem is, if the seller disputes the claim I'm s-o-l, but if he doesn't say anything then I have to wait 10 days to get my money back.
I'm ordering from someone else today.

Even so, the vendor did receive your money and your order, gift or not.

I've learned my lesson and I will never order from him again. I guess my order was placed on the 17th and it went through on the 20th so it's been longer than 2 weeks! Angryface!!! :angryfire

Just ordered from another vendor I only had $30 and I still have like $8 left, but I have a full tank of gas and I dont have work today so I'll just stay home all day and not spend any money lol. Just gotta wait until Friday.

I guess a better question would be how much do I dose of it in a 25g?
