Does anyone know if this is their normal practice to call you just before the package goes to customs?
I had to explain to the lady who called (who was very nice and polite) that they are not "herbal tablets" but root tabs for fish tank plants (and not fish food)
After say 10 minuets and hearing her typing some stuff she said they'll send it to customs without FDA papers..
Is this a normal thing? Or is it only when they believe there is a paper problem?
