Fast growing stem plants for alkaline water?

1316 Views 3 Replies 4 Participants Last post by  Wheely34
I am looking for some fast growing stem plants that grow well in alkaline water. My tap water is about 8.5 and I add ph down to water during water change and get it around 7.5. Preferably something I could get fairly easy online like aquariumplants.com or somewhere else.

I have some Limnophila aromatica wich does alright but not great.
Also have Telanthera rosefolia and it seams to be doing good.
I just need some more I have alot of background space to fill.

Cabomba furcata did very well in my hard water, it grew very fast.
Hygrophila (Giant Hygro) granted you have the room. They grow pretty quickly and get quite large.
